I can’t make calls in Montenegro

I recently purchased zone 1 roaming pass but I cannot make any calls back to the uk or anywhere else. I can access internet fine, why?

By virtue of your purchasing a roaming pass, I am presuming that you received a welcome text message in Montenegro - can you confirm?

If yes - this demonstrates you have a working network connection and thus roaming is active. Can you send text messages?

Try manually selecting an alternative local network - are your symptoms the same on each one?
