@Alice116 : "Mobile Roaming" has many connotations. Which do you mean? E.g.:

1. The ability to use your device abroad - an EE a/c setting.
2. The ability to use data abroad - Data Roaming - a device setting.
3. An A/c Add-on to cover the cost of roaming abroad.

3. is not much use w/out 1.

Knowing whether you are on contract or PAYG, which plan you are on & where you are going would be necessary to answer your Q.
