I have just returned from Kos in Greece. I bought a package so I could phone home.  My uk sim is £10 a month I bought a package for £15. I did send a picture so that was 93p. So total £25.93.   So how come my bill is £75 ??

Can anybody explain for me please ?

 Thank you ,  Sandy

Inferences could be drawn, but for the avoidance of doubt, can you confirm whether you're on pay-monthly or PAYG?

On the basis you're on pay-monthly (you refer to a bill), the £15 sounds like the 7day roaming pass - that allows use of your UK call, data & text allowances.

There should be an indication on your bill, as to how the £75 is made up. Or what any additional charges related to. If you can't see it, then you need to call CS on 150. This public internet forum has no access to your individual account to view your bill, CS agents on 150 do.

Kos to Bodrum is only 13 miles. Could you have picked up a Turkish network? Turkey not in EU. So  your roaming add-on would not cover calls made over such a connection. Hence expect high bills.

As requested, contract or PAYG?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Good spot, I'd not considered that. In this case I would expect the bills to clearly show roaming charges itemised as Turkish...
