Help I’m having trouble accessing my banking app because my line seem to be blocked . Is there an email I can use to get hold of EE or any other ways that are simple

Welcome to the community,
Are you on pay as you go or contract? If on pay as you go, you will have roaming enabled and need to make sure that you have enough credit.
If on monthly contract, did you enable roaming on your account? If not you would have to use another phone or web based device to ring customer service to get it enabled.
There is no email to contact EE, sorry.
If you have monthly contract, you can use the app to message EE, by clicking on help, but I doubt very much they would be able to help, you would need to call them.
Did you actually receive the welcome message from EE when you landed there? I doubt it, if you have not been able to use your phone.
I would have thought that you could use the banking app over Wifi, you do not need to use data, as far as I am aware, and EE do not block wifi.

What exactly makes you think your line has been blocked?
Have you been able to use your phone in Australia before? Be it on this trip or previously?
