Good evening, I have been trying to call my brother, everyone I call , it rings once that line busy pops up. I have not blocked him and he has not blocked me. Text message and WhatsApp are working ok. Any advice please?

Does it make any difference if you call your brother with your number withheld?
Have you been able to call your brother previously - when did this problem start?
