Full Works for iPhone roaming.

I upgraded my plan to Full Works for iPhone today 19th December as I was offered a good deal in the app. I'm going to be in Singapore in January so checked my roaming option in the app and it says I need to buy a roaming pass on arrival. I thought Full Works got Zone 1 roaming? Can anyone from EE clarify exactly which countries are included with the Full Works plan.

Thanks

But is it included or not? That's what I want EE to clarify. I've seen what's out there and read various threads but there is a lack of clarity from EE at the moment.

That's the question that many of us on several threads are waiting for a solid answer to. The EE folks who originally stated that full works get Zone 1 now seem to have gone quiet. Ive also had mixed messages when calling EE by phone.

What I can tell you is that I am currently in the UAE and have 'purchased' 3 one day roaming passes for here and as yet none of them have appeared in my upcoming charges. My next bill is in 2 days so I will know for sure then if I have been charged or not.

Thanks. That sounds promising. Fingers crossed you don't get charged.
