EE network not working in Spain

Its very frustrating I am not being able to use my phone data whilst in Spain. I can see orange but its absolutely no use. It worker perfectly whilst in Italy and Switzerland!

@arsanish Have you restated the device? It’ll be better to use Movistar over Orange and you can do a manual network search to switch

Hi @arsanish
Assuming you are not PAYG, have you activated roaming on your account. (Not just an add on). Have you any spend cap activated.
When were you last in the UK.
