Hi I’m going to Spain next week can I use my UK allwance or will I be charged

You may use your usual UK allowances in the EU with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more.

If you're on pay-monthly, remember to ensure the free roaming facility is enabled by texting ROAMING to 150 before travelling. This unlocks access to foreign networks and thus getting coverage abroad.

For PAYG, simply make sure your phone has been used in the UK before leaving.

Hi @AA721 

The charges will depend on the plan you are on, and when you took out the contract. 

If you text ROAMING to 150, then reply to the message you get back with GOING, and follow the steps from there, it will check your account details and let you know if there would be any charges, and make sure your phone is all set up to work abroad.
