Hi, I recently bought an EE SIM card and topped it up with £35. I purchased a data pack through my account and received a text message saying it’s active for one week. I’ve turned on data roaming and mobile data, but I still can't access the internet. I'm using an iPhone, Could you please help me fix this?

Did you buy & use that PAYG SIM in the UK?
Which data pack did you buy?
Can you make calls & texts?
Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival?
