Do I need to switch data roaming on whilst using my 7 day pass

If you're on a pay monthly plan then unless you have activated roaming on your account then it is likely. Text ROAMING to 150.

If on PAYG you activated in the UK , then it should be enabled automatically.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @mgfvvcjl01 

Once you have roaming set up and an add-on in place, you will need to have data roaming switched on in your phone settings to be able to use your data allowance.

Only if you want to use data while away. If you just make calls & texts, there's no need.
