Not making or receiving calls or texts

My phone won't send or receive any calls or texts

- It is pay-as-you-go

- It has at least £10 credit, and EE has accepted and charged for another top-up

- I can receive texts from EE but my calls to 150 do not connect

- I am currently abroad, making it especially irritating

I need to contact someone and find out if it is in hibernation and reverse it. I have used my phone in the 6 months so it shouldn't be. I also did not receive any contact that it would be going into hibernation. Thank you in advance

@James638 : Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
