I have the same problem as you. Currently in NZ and the data is no longer working either. No way to change the plan to roaming ROW. I’m going to have to cancel this plan and get a local sim if it is not fixed soon

Welcome to the community,
How long have you been in New Zealand? We cannot do anything here, this is not customer service, but if you have something like Skype, you can ring the guides for free, by pressing option 2 and speak to someone to help you.
It will also depend on what plan you are on whether you have the option do add it or change it to that one.

Can you confirm that voice calls & texts are still working? That would prove this to a billing issue with lack of add-on and not a "my phone isn't working" roaming-type problem.
What makes you think yours is the same problem as someone else whose thread you originally jumped onto? What are your exact symptoms?
