My roaming plan switched to EU but I want ROW

Hi earlier this month I received a text that my roam pass would no longer be available that included eu & USA (and a few others).

it has been switched to EU I think, I am currently in the states and have spent hours trying to switch to ROW, I even tried removing my roam pass- won’t take effect until 23rd May.

the whole reason I took this contract was for US roaming and I don’t know if I can still use my minutes/data in the states, can anyone help?
