All Rounder Contract - EU Roaming

I took out my All Rounder SIM 125GB £31 in September 2023 with one inclusive add on. I have now seen that the EE All Rounder contracts offer EU roaming included at no extra cost and was wondering whether mine will also include this? It is not clear online if contracts taken out before this update are included or if they are not.

If this perk is not included in my contract then I will switch my inclusive extra to the EU roaming pass. How long will this update take?

Please can  someone help ASAP? I travel in a couple of days so would like to give time for the add on change to go through.

As your plan started before 29th August 2024, your free of charge roaming comes from whichever Inclusive Extra you have selected, there is none baked into the plan itself.

If you're travelling to an EU Country, you will need to switch this to the EU Roaming Inclusive Extra so as to not be charged the daily or weekly rate.

Inclusive Extra changes are usually instant, but best to do this at least 24 hours before travelling in case there are any issues and you need support.

Glad I checked again - I called 150 today and they told me it would be included as standard and when the All Rounder plan updated mine will have automatically updated as well. The roaming text didn't seem to align with what the advisor was saying.
