Abroad with no service

Hi I’m currently in Spain with no service. Is there a way to contact EE through other means I’ve tried my partners phone but as he is pays as you go all it says is top up won’t go to customer service on the numbers we have. Even though he has a roaming package. I’ve tried messaging on Facebook but it just gives me the same numbers and no help. I don’t have the chat option on my app either. I can’t send any texts as no cellular service at all.

If you cannot use the message service in the EE app you'll need to use another device or landline and call EE https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
