I sent a PAC request to 65075, but the PAC I received was incorrect. I would also like to request a refund.

This is a public user forum, you would be better taking this up with EE Customer Services on 150.

If you go through with the option that you're thinking of leaving and ask them for your PAC Code they will be able to issue one.

You can also ask about your request for a refund (not sure what that could be for) and they will take a look, or transfer you to the billing department who will do so.

What makes you think the PAC you received was incorrect?

@zzzzzzzziy  The PAC issued will be for the number you sent that request from.  When you are using the PAC are you copying and pasting it or are you manually typing it in ?   Don’t copy and paste

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
