i am just on standard ee but without 4G and using the old orange sim card

Chances are you have a 4g plan but your sim card isn't 4g capable. Ring 150 and get them to send out a new sim, also enquire as to whether your plan is 4g, if it's not you'll have to upgrade. If that's the case speak to the upgrades team and they'll put you on a similar plan. You'll be able to see the speed difference on a 4g plan but if you fell like it could be time for a new phone most are now 5g enabled! 🙂

@DoctorBlue52 : An EE 3G Plan, to which the Orange plans were moved, is not 4G. See EE 3G pay as you go plans price guide

My bad! You'll just have to get a new plan then. Give 150 a call and they'll look after you @lukerobinsonin2 🙂

i am going to switch to another phone company when 3G is turned off, ee cant be trusted, they were just going to leave me without service after 3G switch off
