Hi, My son 's phone is out of data, I have top up money for him already but his upcoming subscription is on 29 October, what can he do to start the subscription now? He cannot send a text message because he had no data, thank you

You can't text NOW to 150 until you have bought the pack to start now & you can't buy the pack until you have topped up enough money credit to buy it.

@Louissa You don’t need data to send a text these are different things. He just needs to text NOW to 150 to start his pack early.

Thank you Chris, we have successfully activated the subscription today. However, if the data run out before the upcoming payment date, which is 30 days from today , that is 14 November, can we text NOW to 150 again to top up manually?

Thank you very much Chris, it means we can text NOW to 150 anytime we wish to add (top up) the data , am I right? And we can even repeatedly doing so within the 30 days before the next payment date, right?

You will need the credit available when texting NOW to 150.
This will start your pack before your refreshment date.
