Hello @Johnh1995 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you click on the phone icon on your phone, the calls you have made should still be there, the pack will have nothing to do with calls, they should be there when clicking on recent.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks but I was looking for usage information on the EE app. I used to get this information on my Talk mobile app, but switched provider when Talk mobile upgraded their app who then said my phone was not compatible

Hi @Johnh1995,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

James

James, it is a pay monthly plan

Hi @Johnh1995,

If you don't currently pay for itemised billing, you'll only be able to view calls that were charged outside of your inclusive allowances.

As @Schockwave mentioned, you can view your call history directly on your device.

James

Thanks James. I was not aware there was a charge for itemized billing. I will have to contact EE direct to find out more

No problem @Johnh1995

@Johnh1995 : If you bought a pack you are not on a monthly contract but on PAYG with 30-day top-ups & packs.

On that basis, to see your usage for the last 30 days in your online MyEE go to Home > View full usage > Your usage.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
