i have been having the same problem for a few weeks now and cant call as I am hard of hearing and don.t use the telephone please advise, I've already cancelled one contract and I'm now considering cancelling my other contract after 25 years!!! shocking service , PLEASE don't ask me to call as I can't I usually use the chat service but obviously that isn't available

Do you have a mobile or broadband contract? Has the error message been showing since the other contract was cancelled?
