I recently upgraded my phone contract & I have had nothing but issues about this
eg contract wrong on app/ overcharged
I have complained & complaint has been closed 3 times without any change to my situation
no detail has been given about complaint closure
I was advised during a telephone call to ee on 15/9/25 I would be refunded & details of contract sorted out
I am still waiting
as a customer of some years I feel ee customer service is non existent
anyone else feel the same ?
ee can you dirt out for me my queries once & for all ?
