Issues with the bill on my plan which include Apple Watch data

My current subscription includes a data plan for Apple Watch, however on the bill the discount is not applied. How do I fix this ?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Does the discount show in your EE app? If not and the plan has now changed to include the data plan since the last bill, please get in touch with our mobile guides by calling 150 and they will get this looked into for you.

@fcdaniel  If you’re watch is still under contract with EE you don’t get any discount as it’s still under contract, you need to pay that off first. 
Only once you have completed that contract and gave notice to terminate that tariff can use the phone tariff watch data. If you got this watch elsewhere then you do get to use the phone tariff watch data.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
