How do you download invoices, I have just been on chat live and it is a waste of time.  We are a business and I am unable to get the invoices for the last 6 months.  I always hate coming on this site and I only come on every 6 months or so and download the last 6 months.  It used to be quite obvious how you do it, but they are obviously having problems.  They asked me for a password that my boss would have used when he set up EE 10 years ago!!! I just ended up asking them to post them to us without charge, so I will wait and see what happens

Thanks for coming to the community. 

What happens when you try and access the bills? Did our business support team let you know what would be needed to get the account details updated so you could access the account and get help with the online accounts?
