I have had EE for well over a year and had no issues but now got a sign saying to update payment details when on the Netflix account.
this came with the bundle with EE when we joined and been absolutely fine until last week and now can no longer watch until I update payments but don’t want to do this as it should be sorted through EE?
has anyone else had this issue as not feeling too happy about this now as been nearly 2 weeks and unsure how to sort?
any advice appreciated.

Where exactly are you seeing this error, is it when actually within the Netflix app, or did it come via an email?
Also if you go to My Netflix > Tap your name > Account, what does it show for your plan and billing details?
It should show here that it's billed via your EE package.

it says premium plan and nothing to do with EE. My account with Netflix is now on hold and can not watch anything as need to update my payment details.
we have this when logging on but also had emails to say account is on hold and need to update payment details
