top up with international credit card not accepted

I could not top up with my Turkish credit card it gives an error for authorization

Have you tried topping up by calling 150 from your phone?

No I did not because I am living abroad and I don’t want to lose my number actually
I am using this number since 2017

This is what our top up help page says, @pixbynes 

We'll accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro UK credit and debit cards as well as international credit or debit cards when you top up by phone.

1. call 150 from your EE device (free on a Flex plan, 25p per call on pay as you go if you choose to speak to an advisor)
2. choose Top Up and follow instructions

If you're able to try a UK card, you may be able to top up on our Fast Payment page.
