Subscription Pack & 5G

I have a subscription pack so should I be able to get & use 5G when it and about as it does not seem to be available to me when others on EE in the same location are using the service?

@Davcas If your on pay as you go then 5G isn’t available to you, 5G is only for contract customers at present

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
