the data ran out on my pack (I use it only for data with a dongle so please don't tell me to call anyone) and I renewed the pack early but still no data - I paid 40 pounds for an add on of unlimited data for 30 days. I still have no data and EE have just taken 67 GBP from my bank account

I purchased a 'pack' which didn't work so I think you need to refund me as you are in the wrong
