I purchased subsection pack of roaming data, internet worked for 2 hours and stopped.

I checked my account and it says "waiting".

Is it working this morning @igor_jef?

James

Ir worked for few hours again and it stopped.

EE service is an absolute joke, unreliable and overpriced, never again.

Sorry for the rant but I am very disappointed customer

Hi @igor_jef,

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a look at this for you.

They'll be happy to help.

James

Thanks but no.

I just bought a local SIM card I will quit EE as soon as I come back to UK.

Your service is broken and needs fixing including UX and UI aspects.

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
