subscription pack change

 hi, ive topped up my account and i want to change my subscription pack but greedy ee wants another payment. how can i change my subscripyion pack without double payment please?

@suckme    If you topped up then that payment goes to your current subscription pack as EEs system ms doesn’t know you want a different pack you should of text STOP PACK to 150 before topping up then topped up then choose the pack you wanted by texting ALL PACKS to 150. 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you Chris, I'm not the original poster but was looking for a solution to the exact same problem so your answer perfectly helped! So annoying that EE don't tell you that you need to stop packs first anywhere, even the EE auto responses indicate it's gone through fine - leaving you to use all your credit before realising you don't have a pack in place. So thank you

You don't necessarily have to stop your current pack 1st. What you must do is buy your future pack before your current pack expires. It is then held pending until your current pack expires.
