I currently pay for 2 seperate subscriptions for my daughters on a rolling monthly plan - the monthly payment is taken off my credit card - I have a new credit card and 1 of the subscriptions has somehow carried on even on my new card but the other one has stopped - I am finding it hard to speak to a human to sort this out.

You can manage your payment card in the My EE app or My EE online.
