I pay for my daughter’s subscription pack, she has her own EE account but it’s linked to mine.
My debit card has expired so this month’s pack didn’t get added, but I am unable to add my new card. It says needs further authentication from cardholder but gives no way for me to provide it. Tried contacting EE today but ended up going round in circles. Also tried doing it via 150 but ended up adding £10 top up instead of £10 subscription. How can I pay for my daughter’s subscription pack going forward?

Welcome to the community.
I hope you have managed to get this sorted, but if not, you can top-up by using our fast payment link which just needs the mobile number and card details.
If you want to amend the payment card used automatically each month, I'd recommend speaking to one of our pay as you go guides, who can help to amend it.
