£20 pack

hi .Normally using £20 pack unlimited min/text  30gb.I log in and found another £20 pack  but there’s 50gb there .So I cancelled my current one and started another one .once I bought it I have over 100gb now lol.I’m really confused.Also when I was in Europe I paid £ 10 per week to use my allowance .New pack says free roaming up to 30 days?can anyone explain what’s going on?

When you say you "cancelled my current one and started another one" do you mean just the pack or that you bought a new SIM? The latest Summer Promotion £20 PAYG SIMs on offer give double data for the 1st 3 months but still have 1 or 7 day chargeable roaming.

No just bought another pack 3 days before my current ended.I was run from data .

Normally you can't get on an existing SIM the enhanced packs on the special offer SIMs currently in the Shop.
