Im abroad. Tried to activate new sim card(pay as you go), but can't. Cannot call, cannot text to 150. Nothing. 4g connection exist but without Internet connection. Could you please activate my sim somehow?
Bought it in Poland. We have very expensive data packages for Switzerland, about 10 thousands euro per Gb. So I wanted to travel with this SIM to Switzerland.
To use the pay as you go SIM card abroad, this would have needed to be used to make a call or send a text in the UK on the EE network. Once you return to the UK and use the SIM card this will activate for you.
