hi recently had £10 credit and was giving a refund on my card I'm just seeing why the credit has disappeared on my EE ap and how long for it to land in my bank kind regards Adam I'm also pay as U go

If a refund was being arranged, it would normally be back on the card within 5 working days.

If it isn't showing after that period, give our team another call and they can check your account for an update.

@adam_lc PAYG credit is none refundable to you. Has the credit purchased a pack ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I spoke to someone on phone and he said he refunded it back to my card and it has not purchase a pack
