hi.
i top up my phone 10pounds and its not working .i cant make any phone calls and no internet access. I had a conctract and then went to pay as you go so my sim is not hibernating. what should i do?

@anya6 Yes once back in the UK you should be able to call again either using your available credit or by buying a pack with your credit.

I got a phone top up . £15 but my account was charged 13.50. I want a pay as you go and this top up will expire on 23/01/25

@Hamdbarekzehi66 : It's not the top-up that will expire; it's the pack you spent it on that expires after 30 days. That's what PAYG is.
I'm not clear as to what you want. Is it that you want PAYG but w/out the 30-day packs & add-on?

Hey there @Hamdbarekzehi66 , welcome back to the Community.
If you've only been charged £13.50, you will have opted in to our direct card payments for pay as you go.
This offers a 10% discount on the cost of a pack, and will automatically renew your pack at the end of the 30 day period.
As @XRaySpeX mentioned, 30 days is the duration of your allowances rather than the top-up, which should have already been assigned to purchasing the pack.
