paid £10 last month and should have gotten 1gb of free mobile data to use and its showing on my account but unable to use it.
I have not changed any settings on my phone and have a good signal when out and about and was working last time i got free mobile data this was before changing from 4g to 5g sim..and yes my phone is 5G..

Right they upgraded my account to 4g one which 8 GB data and unlimited Texts allowance for same £10 pay as you go credit only problem is still no connection to the internet - unless using WIFI at home ..Now i get phone calls and texts fine so phone is working and use my online apps when using the WIFI at home but i am getting no mobile data connection at all..

Why have you been given 1 GB of free mobile data?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

made a £10:00 top up 09/10/23 so should have the free 1024MB and 400 text for free starting on the 01/12/23 like it shows in the picture but the mobile data is not connecting when out.
your current balance as of today 05:41 is £$$.$$. you have 400 texts and 1024MB remaining until 01/01/2024 for your 400 text and 1GB data. your last top up was £10.00 on 01/12/2023 at 01:31. for more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to EE app

And when i go to my EE account page it shows this showing ive no data left ..which is wrong how do i get this sorted out..

Well, you do have 400 texts and 1 GB data to use by 1st Jan.

Yeah all the app open but say cannot connect while using mobile data and the apps worked before changed from my old EE sim to the 5g sim
