on pay as you go should have got 1gb of free mobile data starting 1st

paid £10 last month and should have gotten 1gb of free mobile data to use and its showing on my account but unable to use it.

I have not changed any settings on my phone and have a good signal when out and about and was working last time i got free mobile data this was before changing from 4g to 5g sim..and yes my phone is 5G..

I think that EE have not given me my 1024mb of free data as it shows under top tasks ..

account was still 2g account they just changed it on the phone and now getting 8gb of data nd 500 text for same money so happy 🙂

Right they upgraded my account to 4g one which 8 GB data and unlimited Texts allowance for same £10 pay as you go credit only problem is still no connection to the internet - unless using WIFI at home ..Now i get phone calls and texts fine so phone is working and use my online apps when using the WIFI at home but i am getting no mobile data connection at all..

Is mobile data switched on in your phone settings? Does it show a 4G connection?
