I would like to change my monthly plan as I think I don’t use the data so much so cheaper plan would be suitable for me

Are you out of contract?

We are unable to lower the plan if you are within contract with us.

I'm now using a prepaid SIM and would like to renew, but 200GB is too big for me, so could I renew this SIM with smaller data?

If you are with us on pay as you go, you can text ALL PACKS to 150 and select a different pack @ma- 

If you have a SIM Only plan and would like to change this, you can view your options within your My EE account if you select Upgrades.
