Why give me 5 gig of data and only 500 minutes when this phone doesn't use data so is there any chance you could just gift me more minutes please? and keep the 5 Gig as you can't use it on this phone. And  as my partner is in hospital and will be for a while yet! the minutes would "help a lot" thanks for taking the time to read this. Graham666

@graham666 : That's the way the £10 pack is configured. For £5 more you could buy the £15 pack with unlimited mins. even if you don't use the data.

@graham666  If you don’t need data why not just have a standard PAYG where your credit pays for the calls/text you make.    You just need to text STOP PACK to 150 to have a standard PAYG and you don’t need to top up until you’ve used the credit on the account. 

Packs are preconfigured and there is no option to swap/change what you receive within that allowance when you purchase it and what you don’t use within that allowance is down to you not EE.

@Chris_B : I'm afraid that way doesn't work out worthwhile by a long chalk.

With the £15 pack £15 gets you unlimited mins. for the month. With your way of buying mins. from the PAYG credit, £15 only buys you 43 mins., a mere sliver of the 500 mins. that the OP is complaining about. 

You would only use credit to buy mins. when you only have the occasional call to make. Packs are far better value for continuous ongoing use.

Can i get more mins i do not ues my date at all
