i want to get my money back

I was charged £15 from my credit card when i had money on my ee balance. Can i get my money back to my credit card? I will activate pack by myself.

Pay as you go credit can be used to purchase add-ons and any extra charges for allowance not included in your pack. If you would like to discuss your options for please call us on 150.
