Hello  i have a EE pay-as-you-go sim under another email *********@********

the number is ***********. I was just wondering if I could get another handset as the other one is broken.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
