Yes, I'm having trouble even finding the page. I did accidently find it but when I went to pay, it came up "error". I'm wondering if it's because they want you spend more on a whole monthly plan or something. Very annoying.

How do you know the wouldn't? I've known big companies do worse to get you to spend more. I still can't find the page to buy an add on for texts, I very rarely use messages or calls because I have WhatsApp, but I need to use them to ring Hotpoint customer services. I don't want to get a £10 monthly plan, it wouldn't be worth it. I used to be able to buy a monthly plan for £5 but now it starts £10 minimum. I suppose I'll have to just do that, so whatever they're doing, it worked.

@Jan777 You can buy an add-on by logging into EE, downloading the EE app, texting ADD ON to 150 or calling 150
You can find out more on our pay as you go add-ons page.
