I put £15 pounds in on my phone and I have ran out of mine when I'm contracting pay monthly I only paid £15 pounds week and half ago why have you cut me off

I need my si. Back up and running like my calls texts and data I have unlimited calls and texts so shouldn't of ran out  of  mins texts data as I got £15  pounds unlimited and 25 gb data and I am contract sort something please or I'll go further
