I was pressured in to taking out a new contract, after many satisfactory years with a SIM only contract. The contract is for 3 years with a Samsung A36 phone. The contract includes insurance and other optional benefits but I cannot find any documentation other than my proof of purchase. Can someone advise me as to how I can view my contract/insurance etc details, please?

@PG4747 The insurance information will be posted to you.
You’ve taken out a flex tariff the airtime part of that contract is 24 months the device contract is for 36 months.
Open the EE app and click manage then click billing, click see your plan bills and devices, ( it’s in yellow ) and scroll down
