data allowance from pack been used despite unlimited data add on

the data allowance from my pack is been used but i have an unlimited data add on so the pack allowance should not be getting used, i called customer services and they reset my data allowance but it is now getting used AGAIN! if this does not get sorted i will LEAVE EE next month

@annoyed2024 If you leave that’s up to you there’s no need to try and be threatening. As this is a public forum not customer services and no one here knows who you are you’ll have to call customer services. Just to add all pack allowances are used before any add on that you purchase are used.

the add on page actually says the item that expires first will be used first. so the one day unlimited add on should be used before my pack allowance

if you get a text from EE offering promotional unlimited data addons do not buy them because they are not working at the minute, your normal data allowance will be still used while you have the add on

Add-ons are meant to be bought when your pack runs out of that type of allowance. That's why they're called "Add-ons".

the add on i have is a promotional add on for one day of unlimited data. i am sure i am allowed to have those even if i still have a pack allowance left

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC. Give the PAC to new provider.
