Resolved! Addon packs removed

I see you can no longer buy add on packs, as I use pay as you go this very disappointing. Have they deliberately removed them without telling anyone or is it just another bug in their horrendous app?

Data to be added

Hi my app shows that a total 1600mb is pending! No ticks at side. All Text & minutes have ticks & say has been added. Have phoned EE who say it shows that data has been added. I have screenshots of data pending. No solution??

Hello i just ordered pays go sim car for 15£ online EE last friday and today i received my sim card problem is i cant call any numbers all time say i dont have a credit i can only txt and i have data?

Top up pay as you go

I am trying to top up my 75 year old father's phone and it will not let me.  The site has been down for several days and I have now managed to get a voucher but it still will not let me top up on either my mobile or computer.
