I’m on pay as you go and have been for years. Every 3 months I would have a data boost to the point that I’d built up 15-20gb but now when I reset each month I only seem to get 7gb. Also I’m supposed to have unlimited texts but unless I have data I can’t send or receive texts. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, please give our pay as you go guides a call on 150, they can get your texts looked into and the data boosts.

@DJVincent : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)? Same with BOOST.

I’m on £10 everything pack and have been for years. I don’t understand why I’m all of sudden running out of data when I’ve been adding data boosts for years.

Could you text AL to 150 and let us know the full reply? 

What happens if you try and send a text when not using mobile data? Do you get an error message?

When I text AL it replies with how many minutes I have left, it says I have unlimited texts and when my pack resets and when I topped up.

when I send a text with no data it just says failed and my wife attempted to text me yesterday and hers said failed also.
