I have two PAYG lines. When I use the mobile app (Android) and try to top up my second line (selected from the drop down list), the app takes me to the top up payment page (via web browser) with details of my first line instead!
Because of this, I have topped up my first line twice rather than both lines separately. I also read that there is no option to refund to transfer credit to another PAYG line?

Have you tried to this via your online MyEE, not the app?
Whenever I select a lower no. from the drop-down & go to Top-up, either by Manage your plan or Plans & Subs it always offers to top-up the no. I selected. There must something wrong with your MyEE.
