Bought £15 top up as my £15 50gbs subscription pack ran out and it bought a £15 8gbs pack automatically I need the data for navigation for my job 8gbs does not cut it there was a few issues with my pack on first day I got it which I sorted in store crazy there's another problem in only a month

I'm not sure what's happened there, after the three month promotion period ends, you should revert to the 25GB pack.
I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 so a member of the team can take a quick look at your account.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂

What was the full AL response? Sounds like you switched to the £10 pack.
