Hi,

I switched from monthly plan to PAYG a couple of months ago after 8 years of paying monthly plans.

As soon as the PAYG was activated I have not been able to make or receive calls, send texts, use phone data. However, I can receive texts.

Each time I try to make a call it says my number is banned. I have topped up online throught the website.

I cannot link my EE number to the EE app.

I have contacted customer support multiple times but they are not able to solve my problem.

I am in despair. I cannot use my phone anymore and I am abroad without a phone.

The screenshot is from today.

Can you help me please?

Thank you

Who or what is "it" that says your number is banned? Is this an on-screen notification or an audible one? And what is the exact wording used?

@mbalomenos : Were you in UK when PAYG was activated? It takes 30 days to cancel a contract & before it is moved to PAYG. Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
